We offer free shipping to every country in the world. On average, shipping will take 5-7 days to reach your doorsteps. Do note that due to the coronavirus, there may be a delay in shipping due to supply interruptions. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and seek your kind understanding.

Handling

All orders will typically be dispatched within 2 business day from our warehouse and all orders will include tracking from dispatch to delivery. All orders will be shipped in durable packaging to ensure your purchase is not damaged during transit. Wissier is not responsible for delays, lost or damaged shipments or orders sent to incorrect, invalid addresses or correct addresses. It is always in our best interests to make sure you receive your parcel in a timely manner and Wissier will assist as much as possible to trace a missing parcel. Wissier is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability. 

 

 

Returns
We offer exchanges if your Wissier IPL Device arrives faulty or a 1 year warranty if anything goes wrong! Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for any other reasons due to hygiene reasons.

 

Order Cancellation
You may not cancel your order after it has been shipped out. If your order is not shipped out, you may cancel your order within 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot cancel your order and offer you a refund.

To proceed your request, kindly send us an email at wissierofficial@gmail.com or contact us here titled "Order Cancellation" your order number or proof of purchase. Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.

Please note all sales are final after 24 hours. We will happily replace any items that have been damaged in transit. 


Warranty Claims
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please note that we do not offer any refunds for warranty claims. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us here or send us an email at wissierofficial@gmail.com titled "Damaged Handset Exchange". Our support team will contact you as soon as possible.
